Ana is currently an investigative journalist on Crime Watch Daily, a nationally syndicated daytime crime show produced by Warner Bros.
As the host of a weekly webshow and podcast on UBNRadioTV, Ana interviews celebrities and news makers in a fun and casual setting. Nothing is off-limits.
Ana is regular contributor to the Huffington Post, where she writes mostly offbeat travel stories and features about life in LA.
On the entertainment side, Ana's been seen on such hit shows as Kitchen Nightmares with Chef Gordon Ramsay and Parenthood.
While at KNBC-TV from 2000-2013, she anchored the 6pm News and launched the hugely popular Get Garcia Get Results consumer franchise.
Much of Ana's volunteerism is focused on the greater Los Angeles area where she sits on the Board of Directors of the Good News Foundation, a nonprofit founded in 2006 by the TV newswomen of LA to give back to the community they cover. The foundation has built 18 computer labs at nonprofits that benefit children.
Ana is also on the President’s Advisory Council for The Fulfillment Fund, a nonprofit that provides mentoring and financial assistance to students from middle school through college.
Fashion and charity intersect in Ana’s world through her work with the Mannequins, a fundraising auxiliary of The Assistance League of Los Angeles.
Ana is a graduate of St. John's University in New York, where she studied Communications.
